This 3 ingredient Robin Egg fudge is perfect for Easter or any Spring get together! It takes minute to make and it’ll become a recipe keeper instantly!

This post and recipe was created for #EasterSweetsWeek. I was sent samples by some of the sponsor companies but as always opinions are 100% mine.

Robin Egg Fudge cut into squares

This fudge recipe is so ridiculously easy.  To be honest, this recipe is so easy that sometimes it’s a little embarrassing to share it people.  I mean when you can toss together 2 ingredients into a bowl, melt them on the stove and pour ’em over into the dish to make a dessert, sometimes it’s best to just keep your lips sealed as far as bragging about a recipe.

Just kidding!

It may be a tad bit embarrassing to admit how easy this recipe is but I’m not keeping my lips sealed about this one. I’m sharing it because I know a lot of people love homemade fudge but they’re scared to make it. Have no fear my dessert loving friends! This fudge recipe is a recipe that anyone can make!

Robin Egg Fudge

Of course with Easter being right around the corner I had to “Easter” it up a bit.

I’m sure there are other candy choices out there that would have worked OK for this batch of Easter fudge but why would you want to use anything but robin egg candies!?!

Robin Eggs candies are the best.

Please tell me that you love them too!

Robin Egg Fudge

I made this Robin Egg fudge for this week’s #EasterSweetsWeek and I used this beautiful blue dish from Anolon.

Isn’t it pretty?! It almost makes me want to re do my kitchen in this color.

Ps. can I give you a tip before I go? If you’re making this fudge make sure to line your baking dish with foil or parchment paper. It’ll make it super easy to lift the fudge out of the pan when it’s time to cut it into squares.
