The first time I ever had Butter Chicken was at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival at Walt Disney World, probably 9 years ago.
Let me say that what I got is not what I expected. As a Southern girl, my mind had a totally different picture, in my head, of what “Butter Chicken” was.
I am no butter chicken expert so I got this recipe from my friend, Briana, and fell in love with the flavors!
