When I was a bartender, we used it to sweeten cocktails but now I mostly use strawberry simple syrup to make strawberry popsicles and strawberry lemonade at home. You could also pour some into this recipe for Lemonade Fruit Popsicles!

How to make Strawberry Simple Syrup:
Time needed: 20 minutes.
- Blend the strawberries.
Blend strawberries or mash them until smooth.
- Combine in sauce pan.
In a small sauce pan, combine the water, sugar and mashed strawberries.
- Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer.
Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
Simmer on low for about 15 minutes.
- Let it cool.
Remove from heat and let cool.

- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Blend strawberries or mash them until smooth.
- In a small sauce pan, combine the water, sugar and mashed strawberries.
