Do you remember the iconic movie “Beetlejuice” and its kooky characters? If so, you’re in for a treat! We’re diving into the delicious world of Beetlejuice with A Super Easy BeetleJuice Jello Poke Cake.

The Inspiration: Beetlejuice Movie
Have you seen Beetlejuice? There are 2 movies now! I’ve only seen the first one but will probably see the 2nd one soon.
I loved the 1st movie mainly because the ghost characters were The Maitlands and my maiden is Maitland and my brother’s name is Adam! haha, so we have our own Adam Maitland lol.
If you don’t know, Adam Maitland and Barbara Maitland are the main ghost characters in the first Beetlejuice Movie.
However, there are no Beetles, Maitlands or Ghosts in this dessert, just the white, purple, green, and black colors from the movie!
Ingredients For BeetleJuice Jello Poke Cake:
- 1 box (14.25 oz) White Cake Mix

Remove from the fridge after 2 hours and top the cake with the cool whip.

-
Sprinkle the top of the cool whip with the sprinkles.
-
Refrigerate until ready to serve!

What is a Poke Cake?
A poke cake is a cake that has holes poked into it after it has been baked and cooled. Then pudding or liquid Jell-O is poured over the cooled cake into the poked holes. Then the cake is popped into the fridge for a few hours before being topped with whipped cream.
