I hope you’re following along with me today on Social Media! We grabbed a house sitter/dog sitter for the weekend and we are headed up to Richmond for my very first NASCAR race!
We’ll be spending our day at the track, mingling with the wonderful people from Cargill Beef & Sam’s Club! Not only will be rubbing elbows with those great people but we’ll be up close and personal with the track and cars! Did you read yesterday’s post? We’re headed up to meet and cheer on Ricky Stenhouse Jr.! I’m going to be posting all about the day and race on my Facebook, Instagram and Twitter! You know you want to follow along! I really, REALLY want to hear from you! I’ll be using the Hashtag #BEEFanatic #NASCAR & #DailyChef all day!
I’m going to try and get some awesome shots and videos for y’all!
Anyone else going to be at the Richmond race this evening?
Well, if you’re not going to be there I hope you’ll still follow along!
But let’s get down to why you’re really here. You’re here for the wings, aren’t you?
I total get it. I mean they’re Baked General Tso’s Chicken Wings. Who wouldn’t go crazy over those?
Now these may be a tad different from your average wing. You see, these are baked. They’re not fried. I’m sorry. I just needed baked chicken wings in my life. I don’t feel so guilty about eating baked chicken wings.
I decided to make General Tso’s Chicken Wings for this month’s “Wing Theme” for the #12Bloggers group because that’s pretty much the only thing my husband orders when we go out for Chinese (or when he gets take out)! Well he orders General Tso’s Chicken and I just worked that into our theme!
He always orders 1 order of General Tso’s Chicken and 2 orders of plain white rice.
That’s exactly how I’m serving these General Tso’s Chicken Wings too! A big, beautiful pile of General Tso’s Chicken Wings over plain white rice!
Dig in!

OMG – these look fantastic! The sauce looks so good!
Thank you! The wings are fantastic but that sauce on the rice was amazing!
