What you need for White Chocolate Chip Cookies:
- unsalted butter, softened
- Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- all-purpose flour
- baking soda
- teaspoon salt
- white chocolate chips
Can I make these cookies with regular chocolate chips?
You sure can! But of course, they won’t be Bakery Style White Chocolate Chip Cookies. haha They’ll just be Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies, which will still be delicious!
Can I make the cookie dough ahead of time and freeze it?
YES! Just make the dough as directed in the recipe, scoop out rounded tablespoons of dough and plop them onto a wax lined baking sheet (or plate) and pop them into the freezer. Once they’re frozen, toss them into a resealable bag.
When you’re ready to bake them, pop them onto a cookie sheet and bake as normal.

Can these be made surgar free for a diabetic? If so what conversion do you recommend with the surgar substitute?
Angie says
Hi Angela, I don’t do much sugar free baking so I’m not sure on what the best conversion would be but my friend Carolyn, at AllDayIDreamAboutFoodcom is amazing with sugar free recipes (and keto recipes) and she has a Sugar Free White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie recipe on her site. (You could leave out the Macadamia Nut if you just wanted the white chocolate chip cookies) https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/keto-white-chocolate-macadamia-nut-cookies/
