The love affair with no-churn ice cream continues as we dance into summer with this amazing No Churn S’mores Ice Cream!
“This recipe was created for #SummerDessertWeek! I was sent samples by some of the sponsor companies but as always opinions are 100% mine.”
What says SUMMER more than homemade s’mores?! Wait…maybe it’s ice cream. Maybe ice cream screams summer more that s’mores. WAIT, NO, its No Churn S’mores Ice Cream! That’s it! S’more ice cream the dessert that screams summer the loudest around here.
In a bowl, in a cone, from a spoon……no matter which way you eat this No Churn S’mores Ice Cream you’re going to feel like you’re enjoying the best day of summer ever!
Speaking of the BEST summer. Y’all know that I’m crazy about summer and beach trips and summer desserts right?! You also know what I’m crazy about this summer?!
OUR NEW HOUSE! Ahhh! Y’all, on the 4th of July last week, movers showed up at the apartment downtown and moved our stuff into our new home! We’re homeowners again! I can’t wait to share more about our house with y’all. It looks like something from a storybook. It’s a 1940’s stone cottage and it’s just perfect for us.
I can’t wait for all of the summer memories we’re going to make in the backyard and under the gazebo. I’m already dreaming about a kiddie pool on the back porch for Jax to play in and I’ve pictures the bowls of ice cream that we’ll enjoy on the back steps while Jax plays at our feet.
Which ice cream? ALL OF THEM haha.
I know this No Churn S’mores Ice Cream is going to make an appearance more than a few times this summer. It’s easy to make and it’s one of my new favorite no-churn ice cream recipes!
I love s’mores and all things s’mores so I knew this ice cream was going to be a hit when I started working on it. It’s a vanilla ice cream base with swirls of marshmallow cream, chunks of chocolate mixed in and a few crushed graham crackers stirred in.
Ooo and y’all take a look at this beautiful serving tray/cutting board that Susquehanna Glass Co. sent me for #SummerDessertWeek. It’s it so pretty. It was perfect to set the ice cream out on and it would look super cute on any summer party table!
Or you know, it would look amazing in the kitchen of that beach house that you’ve been dreaming of for years!
