“This recipe was created for #SummerDessertWeek! I was sent samples by some of the sponsor companies but as always opinions are 100% mine.”
Parfaits seem to be a pretty popular dessert for the summer. This week during #SummerDessertWeek I’ve seen quite a few of the bloggers post some amazing parfait recipes and I’m so excited to share this easy one with y’all today.
I love trifles and mini parfaits like this! Plus, I love strawberries and bananas together so I knew these little desserts were going to be a winner.
Originally I was only going to go the banana, strawberries and chocolate pudding for these parfaits. Then I thought about adding pound cake so that it was more like a little bit of a strawberry shortcake trifles but then I remembered these Strawberry Brownie Parfaits that Kim from Cravings of a Lunatic made a few years ago. I thought that little brownie pieces would be PERFECT in these!
SPONSORED ITEMS USED IN THIS RECIPE/POST:
- Dixie Crystals – Granulated Sugar
- Adam’s Extract – Vanilla Extract
- Susquehanna Glass Co. – Hisbscus Stemless Wine Glasses
For these Strawberry Banana Brownie Parfaits, you can use everything homemade or everything from the store. I’m not judging either way. I just want you to make these and LOVE them!
So, I’ll link to the brownie recipe that I love and the chocolate pudding recipe that I use to make these. While I love homemade brownies and the homemade chocolate pudding, I know that some people may not want to make both or either from scratch. That’s totally fine.
That’s why I’m including the directions for making them below and just letting y’all know what I use to make these Strawberry Banana Brownie Parfaits PLUS links to the homemade recipes for the brownies and chocolate pudding.
Click here for the brownie recipe that I love to make. DON’T use the peanut butter layer or the caramel bunnies on top haha!
Click here for the chocolate pudding recipe that I love to make. ONLY the chocolate pudding part!
If you want to buy the brownies and pudding instead, you can use brownies from a bakery (or the grocery store bakery) and instant chocolate pudding. You could also pick up a few premade pudding cups if you wanted to as well!
