The end of August is here. How did that happen, y’all. Summer just started and now it’s practically over. Everyone is headed back to school, people are squeezing in their last beach trips for the yeah and people are always starting to decorate with pumpkins and leaves!
I swear that our Walmart has “fall candy” and fall scented candles out already.
I mean, don’t get be wrong; I love fall, and sweaters and hot chocolate but I’m kind still in the middle of summer here y’all. Fall will be here soon enough but until the leaves start to change and I can feel a crispness in the air, I’m going to focus on Summer.
Ok……I’m going to focus on summer until September 1st gets here, at least. haha
Once August is over I’ll be ok with letting go of Summer. Until then, back of with your pumpkin spice lattes and wool sweaters.
I’m still longing for the sand between my toes and sun kissed skin……oh and summer vegetable sheet pan meal.
Yep, I’m still loving my low carb sheet pan meals and YES I can totally just eat vegetables for dinner and be totally fine.
Thomas needs a little meat thrown with every meal he has but I’m 100% fine with enjoying roasted veggies as my meal.
I suppose that you could throw some chicken on over on there or some beef strips to make this a entire meal if you wanted to but I’m going to leave that up to y’all.
