These little roasted potatoes are so good and I love how easy they are to toss together. Plus cooking them in the air fryer means that we’re not heating up the kitchen during the summer and we’re not taking up precious oven space during the holidays.
Serve these with ketchup or homemade BBQ sauce for a simple side dish that goes great with all kinds of meals.

How to make Roasted potatoes in the air fryer:

Wash potatoes. Quarter potatoes and rinse.

Toss potatoes into a mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.

Place potatoes into the air fryer basket. Do not over crowd the potatoes. You may need to roast the potatoes in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Air fry at 400F for 12-15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of red baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Nature’s Seasons Seasoning Blend (or your favorite seasoning blend)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon of dried parsley
- 1cup of shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Wash potatoes. Quarter potatoes and rinse.
