 I feel like Rolo candies should get a lot more love than they do! They’re the perfect little bites of chocolate and caramel that sometimes get over looked. After trying these Rolo Cupcakes, you’ll be on the hunt for Rolo chocolates and won’t be just passing by them again!

What you need for Rolo Cupcakes: (amounts in recipe)
  • Chocolate Cupcakes (recipe included)
  • Chocolate Frosting (recipe included)
  • Rolo chocolates, unwrapped
  • caramel sauce (like from the ice cream topping section)

First we’re starting off with my favorite chocolate cupcake recipe that I use for all of my chocolate cupcakes! Only difference is that these Rolo cupcakes get an unwrapped Rolo pressed into the middle of them before they’re baked up! 

Chocolate Frosted Cupcake

Next, it’s time for chocolate frosting. This isn’t any old boring chocolate frosting though. This chocolate frosting is a homemade chocolate frosting and it’s amazing, y’all. I could just eat it with a spoon and I may or may not have done so in the past.

Then we’re topping these bad boys with a caraeml sauce drizzle and another Rolo perfectly perched on top!
