No Churn Sugar Cookie Ice Cream

Ooo y’all, the weather is starting to warm up here and that means it’s time to start stocking the freezer with homemade ice cream again! You have no idea how much I’ve been waiting for this.

During the summer, I normally have at least two batches of no churn ice cream in the freezer at all times and sometimes I even have a few batches of homemade popsicles in there too.

As you know, it gets super hot down here in the south during the summer months. Sometimes ice cream and frozen pops are the only thing that can help with the crazy humid heat we have going on around here.

This looks absolutely perfect. I adore no churn ice cream and this version is stellar. Our weather is really similar to yours in summer. I avoid turning on my oven from about May till September. No churn ice cream is the way to go. No cooking involved. Perfect.
